At Sun Sway, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’ll make it right.
What can be returned
- Items that are faulty, damaged, or defective
- Must be unused
- Sale items can be returned, but refunds will be at the price paid
How to request a return
Contact us within 14 business days of delivery at admin@sunsway.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Description of the fault or damage
- Clear photos showing the issue
Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.
What we offer
Depending on the situation, we can offer:
- Exchange for the same item
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Return shipping
- For faulty or damaged items: we’ll provide a prepaid return label or cover reasonable shipping costs

- We accept returns from New Zealand customers
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty
