At Sun Sway, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’ll make it right.

What can be returned

  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or defective
  • Must be unused
  • Sale items can be returned, but refunds will be at the price paid

How to request a return

Contact us within 14 business days of delivery at admin@sunsway.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the fault or damage
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

What we offer

Depending on the situation, we can offer:

  • Exchange for the same item
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Return shipping

  • For faulty or damaged items: we’ll provide a prepaid return label or cover reasonable shipping costs
